COACHING FOR TEACHERS

I have had a long career as a secondary teacher, tutor and university teacher trainer. I have also assisted schools with setting up staff coaching programmes.
 

As I have had many years of service at the ‘chalkface’ as a classroom teacher, head of faculty and pastoral lead, I am all too aware of the professional and personal pressures that teachers face. Therefore, I can use this experience to provide a unique and insightful approach to coaching educators at all stages in their careers in an environment that is unconnected with the usual performance management structures.
